  1. If within 10 days of Your departure, a politically motivated Terrorist Attack occurs within 50 miles of a City listed on Your itinerary. The Terrorist Attack must occur on or after the Effective Date of Your Trip Cancellation Coverage;
  2. You or Your Traveling Companion requests to cancel trip due to fear of future terrorist attack. Terrorist attack must have occurred within previous 30 days or less from check-in date within 30 miles of destination.  Maximum benefit for this trip cancellation benefit is 50%;
  3. You or Your Traveling Companion are the victim of felonious assault within 30 days of departure or during the scheduled trip;
  4. You and/or Your Traveling Companion are hijacked, quarantined, required to serve on a jury, subpoenaed, required to appear as a witness in a legal action, provided You are or Your Traveling Companion are not a party to the legal
  5. action or appearing as a law enforcement officer;
  6. Burglary of Your principal place of residence within 10 days of departure
  7. You or a Traveling Companion is called to active military service or military leave is revoked or reassigned
